The Type E Series Platen Press is the entrance version among the COLLIN presses.
As 4-column design with fixed upper counter plate and moveable lower plate, the COLLIN presses cover an enormous pressure range. Due to the large distance between the columns, optimal handling possibilities in the interior of the press are created.
Temperature range: from 20°C to 300°C.
The control includes a 7“touch display (CMI 7) with micro controller. The selection between manual control and automatic operation is advantageous.
Closed cooling systems (Chillers)
All press types fulfil the safety requirements of Standard EN 289:2014 as well as Machine Directive 2006/42/EG.
