This basic unit includes two rolls in horizontal position, suitable for cast films. COLLIN designs the rolls according to the customer requirements such as for example speed, roll width, roll coating etc.
The roll group is horizontally arranged, suitable for a vertical die position. The roll group consists of a cast roll as well as a cooling roll. Both rolls are driven by one motor.

Control
The control panel is mounted at the switch cabinet and includes a 10“touch screen (CMI 10), function keys, a data wheel and an emergency stop button. The control has an interface to the optionally available software Visual FECON.
