These lines are designed for film production. The radial distributor system ensures an exact thickness distribution, the vertical extrusion into a water-cooled ring guarantees an optimal film transparency.
Several elevated extruders feed into the multi-layer die. The hose is guided downwards into a water-cooled ring, then laid flat, dried, if necessary cut and wound on rolls.
Advantages of the procedure
- The inner side of the bag remains clean from the production up to the welding process.
- By abrupt cooling, high clarity of the PP compound is achieved.
- A material with balanced orientation is produced.
- By selecting suitable materials for different layers, the desired characteristics are optimally adapted to the requirements.
