COLLIN filament winders are especially suitable for strands or small hoses with diameters of 0.5 up to 4 mm. The winder has a modular design and is thus freely configurable.
The strand runs via a filament guidance, then via a dancer system, is traversed and then wound. The winding unit has one or two winding stations – two can be operated sequentially or parallelly. In case of further winding stations, several filament winders are coupled.
